**About the role
As a Content Designer in our team, you'll collaborate with product managers, designers, engineers and the marketing team as well as partner companies.
You'll write clear, concise and compelling copy, and define how it is structured in our Content Management System or handed over to the partner.
To do so, you bridge the gap between complex insurance terms, the customers, the design as well as content setup.
You'll also contribute to building our Content Management System, content operations workflows.
This is your truly interesting challenge with various technical aspects.
Another area with many nuts uncracked is defining and implementing a content test strategy and content style guides that work in our multi-brand-setup.
Currently we're three Content Designers in Zurich, Amsterdam and Madrid.
Due to an upcoming maternity leave in the team, we're looking for a fourth copy nerd in one of our offices in Munich or Milan.
We're embedded in the larger Marketing & Content team and we we have a close way of collaboration with the colleagues in Zurich and Europe.
**Your day-to-day activities will include
- Plan, write, edit, test and improve content like user interface microcopy, landing pages, user notifications, as well as documentations and marketing material.
Always look for the most scalable solution.
- Use the toolbox of content creation and testing: run competitor and user research, AB Tests or others, that give grounds to deliver clear, high-quality copy backed up with thought-through rationales.
- Ensure that the copy meets legal, compliance and business requirements, while still being fresh and selling.
- Collaborate closely with our engineers and designers, to find the best design option and best way to implement and handle content in our system.
- Support our product managers to find tone, voice and tools to build product descriptions and terms & conditions documentation.
**About you
We're searching for a UX Writer or Content Designer interested in their next challenge, or an accomplished copy writer with at least 5 years of experience.

For this job the language skills are relevant, of course.
We require:
- German native with excellent language skills
- Writing skills on native or proficiency level in Italian or French are highly valued
- Proficient and confident in English speaking and writing
What we will also pay attention to:
- Master's or bachelor's degree in language, communication, psychology, UX, or another relevant area, or just proof that you're able to deal with sophisticated content tasks.
- Open to technical depth, you can handle the technical hiccups that come with working in a startup.
