Main Activities And Responsibilities

Oversee and properly monitor each assigned project delivery's workflow across internal teams as well as external collaborators if needed (digital agencies, free-lances, post-production agencies etc. )

Accurately complete related reports (on Microsoft Office and/or PM platforms) from brief to delivery for every initiative supervising the related schedule Brief, support and coordinate Content Factory colleagues such as graphic designers, video makers, trade buyers as well as external Company departments (shooting producers, marketing, communication, commercial, digital) Brief, negotiate in matters of costs & timings and provide guidelines to external collaborators (digital agencies, free-lances, post-production agencies etc. )

Be responsible of project management on a daily and weekly basis Become a valid point of reference for the above projects Embrace the brand message and appropriately cascade it during the related processes Build solid working collaboration with internal Departments Perform additional duties as required Key Requirements & Competencies

Prior solid experience in a similar role within the luxury industry or agency Team Management and Leadership Skills Ability to adhere to tight deadlines and manage multiple assignments Fluency in English Flexibility and adaptability Ability to both communicate and negotiate effectively Strong luxury feeling
