Content Hub Analyst (Maternity Replacement)
Mission Provide support to align consistency of information relating to the Company in all internal and external communication tools both online (social media, website and intranet portal) and offline (Company publications and presentations, photo and video materials) in accordance with Group communication guidelines. Main Activities & Responsibilities Provide support in maintaining the consistency of information related to the Company across all communication channels, both online (social media, website, intranet) and offline (company print materials and presentations, photo, and video materials), in accordance with Group communication guidelines.
Your role as a Content HUB Analyst is integral to fostering transparency and coherence in our messaging, ultimately contributing to our mission of driving the energy transition towards a more sustainable future. Social Media: Support the update of information on social media channels where the company is present.
Coordinate with internal teams to align social media content with marketing campaigns and company initiatives. Content Creation Generate engaging and creative content for various social media platforms.
(LinkedIn, Instagram, YouTube, Twitter) Craft compelling copy that resonates with the target audience and aligns with brand messaging.
Demonstrate excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
Adapt content to suit the nuances and preferences of an English-speaking audience. Media Assets Management: Manage the archive, monitor, and update photo and video materials produced and/or received from construction sites and company operational locations.
Provide support and coordination with internal stakeholders, the group communication theme, and vendors involved in production, post-production, until the final product realization. Brochures and Company Publications: Support the graphic design and content development phase of company brochures and specific publications.
Coordinate with internal stakeholders, the group communication theme, and vendors involved in creative development, linguistic review, layout, and printing of publications.
PowerPoint Presentations: Verify compliance with Group standards for presentations prepared by employees for external use.
Update the operational profile (Company Profile) of the company. Brand Identity: Support construction sites and company operational locations to ensure alignment with the company's visual identity. Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Communications Design, Marketing, or a related field.
Minimum of 2 years of experience in the role.
Strong organizational and coordination skills.
Proficient in usage of social media platforms.
Proficient in Microsoft office (Power Point, Excel) Adobe creative suite knowledge Analytical Skills: Ability to measure KPIs, analyze performance, and assess competitor activities.
Strong interest in scientific dissemination to help us spread our message effectively.
Mother tongue Italian speaker or C2 Level.
