JOB PURPOSECommitted to delivering unparalleled digital experiences to our discerning clients and evolving in the digital ecosystem, Prada Group is seeking a dynamic and experienced Product Owner to spearhead the Front End and CMS strategy for our ecommerce websites. As a Product Owner, you will play a leading role in shaping the digital landscape of the Prada Group website.
Your responsibilities will include ideation, strategic planning, and execution to enhance the overall customer experience on our ecommerce platform as well as the definition of the Content Management System strategy and architecture.
This role demands a unique blend of analytical thinking, attention to detail, technological expertise, and a genuine passion for both Fashion and Technology.
Success in this role means you have already worked in cross-functional product teams and have developed strategies and tools for setting up backlog definition, prioritization, and development. RESPONSIBILITIESIdeation and Strategy:Collaborate with cross-functional teams to generate innovative digital initiatives aligned with business and performance objectivesDrive the creation of a comprehensive digital product roadmap and backlogExecution and Validation:Coordinate with cross-functional teams, including Digital Design, Content, IT, eCommerce, and Merchandising, to negotiate yearly and quarterly prioritiesEnsure the end-to-end delivery of digital initiatives by closely working with IT and other Product StreamsDefine sprint planning and ensure the successful implementation of digital initiativesWrite documentation and translate requirements into Epics and User StoriesValidate and quality-check implemented functionalities to ensure alignment with set goalsPerformance Monitoring:Continuously monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and market trends to identify opportunities for improvementUse analytical insights to iterate on the digital product and enhance internal customer satisfactionKNOWLEDGE AND SKILLSSuccessful studies in Business Management or EngineeringProven experience in digital product management, particularly in eCommerce and Luxury/Fashion industries with 3+ years' experience working as a Product Owner/Manager and/or Functional LeadAbility to design and build pages on the CMS with detailed templates/componentsAbility to perform CMS configurations to proceed with validation of implementations made by the development teamStrong knowledge of the Agile methodology and its ceremoniesExcellent level of English (spoken and written)Familiarity with technical terminology, and eCom IT architecturesAutonomy and proactivity, superior problem-solving, and capability to make decisionsExperience in making informed decisions based on platform KPIs and internal user researchInclusive and clear communication style with the ability to develop well-structured and data-informed narratives and documentsPrecision in planning and executionNegotiation capabilities to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teamsSolid background with CMS and DAM systems (Adobe Experience Manager is a plus)Proficiency in utilizing tools such as Jira, Confluence, Excel, and PowerPoint to facilitate effective communication and collaborationEntrepreneurial spirit and a drive for excellenceAbility to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic environmentA keen eye for design and user experiencePassion for technology and a track record of delivering products that resonate with customers #J-18808-Ljbffr
