Content Management System Product Owner
JOB PURPOSE Committed to delivering unparalleled digital experiences to our discerning clients and evolving in the digital ecosystem, Prada Group is seeking a dynamic and experienced Product Owner to spearhead the Front End and CMS strategy for our ecommerce websites.
As a Product Owner, you will play a leading role in shaping the digital landscape of the Prada Group website. Your responsibilities will include ideation, strategic planning, and execution to enhance the overall customer experience on our ecommerce platform as well as the definition of the Content Management System strategy and architecture. This role demands a unique blend of analytical thinking, attention to detail, technological expertise, and a genuine passion for both Fashion and Technology. Success in this role means you have already worked in cross-functional product teams and have developed strategies and tools for setting up backlog definition, prioritization, and development.
RESPONSIBILITIES Ideation and Strategy: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to generate innovative digital initiatives aligned with business and performance objectives Drive the creation of a comprehensive digital product roadmap and backlog Execution and Validation: Coordinate with cross-functional teams, including Digital Design, Content, IT, eCommerce, and Merchandising, to negotiate yearly and quarterly priorities Ensure the end-to-end delivery of digital initiatives by closely working with IT and other Product Streams Define sprint planning and ensure the successful implementation of digital initiatives Write documentation and translate requirements into Epics and User Stories Validate and quality-check implemented functionalities to ensure alignment with set goals Performance Monitoring: Continuously monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and market trends to identify opportunities for improvement Use analytical insights to iterate on the digital product and enhance internal customer satisfaction KNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS Successful studies in Business Management or Engineering Proven experience in digital product management, particularly in eCommerce and Luxury/Fashion industries with 3+ years' experience working as a Product Owner/Manager and/or Functional Lead Ability to design and build pages on the CMS with detailed templates/components Ability to perform CMS configurations to proceed with validation of implementations made by the development team Strong knowledge of the Agile methodology and its ceremonies Excellent level of English (spoken and written) Familiarity with technical terminology, and eCom IT architectures Autonomy and proactivity, superior problem-solving, and capability to make decisions Experience in making informed decisions based on platform KPIs and internal user research Inclusive and clear communication style with the ability to develop well-structured and data-informed narratives and documents Precision in planning and execution Negotiation capabilities to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams Solid background with CMS and DAM systems (Adobe Experience Manager is a plus) Proficiency in utilizing tools such as Jira, Confluence, Excel, and PowerPoint to facilitate effective communication and collaboration Entrepreneurial spirit and a drive for excellence Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic environment A keen eye for design and user experience Passion for technology and a track record of delivering products that resonate with customers
