Main Responsibilities

- Supervising a team of editors to ensure the quality, consistency and relevance of the content produced, in coordination and close collaboration with production, video editing, social media and design teams, among others.

- Develop and execute a content strategy coordinated with content management, reflecting the vision and objectives of the company.

- Oversee the content creation process, from ideation to publication, ensuring quality and consistency across all channels.

- Lead and motivate a multidisciplinary team of writers.

- Collaborate with other departments to understand content needs and requirements, and ensure they are met in a timely manner.

- Analyze metrics and data to assess content impact and make strategic adjustments as needed.

- Manage budget and resources allocated to the content department efficiently and effectively.

- Establish and maintain relationships with external vendors, such as content agencies or freelancers, as needed.

**Requirements**:

- Previous experience in content management roles, preferably in a digital or media environment.

- Strong leadership skills and ability to inspire and motivate a team.

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with attention to detail.

- Strong knowledge of content marketing strategies, SEO and data analytics.

- Ability to work collaboratively in a dynamic, cross-functional environment.

- University degree in audiovisual communication, journalism or related field (desirable).
