Content Marketer
About us:Waveful is the AI social app where every 40+ adult can become an influencer. If you're over a certain age you probably never had an opportunity to become a creator on socials ? we're making that possible trough AI powered features and authentic communities. On Waveful it's much easier to create and find communities for what you like, monetize your content, and find the right people for you.
Making it possible for 40+ to feel valued for the first time on social media. We got over 100K+ monthly active users worldwide and growing quickly. But we need your help to grow even faster. We're looking for the first content marketer to join our growth team and crank out content at the speed of light.
For the type of content (e. g.
UGC, AI videos, external creators or tools) we don't really know yet as we need to validate the channel. If it works we can work together on scaling it (e. g.
trough multiple accounts or via our network of ambassadors). You will report directly to me as I lead growth, and collaborate with the growth team as viral content and UGC are basically at the core of each of our marketing channels.

Ownerships:Create content via any necessary mean (UGC, AI tools, our Ambassadors network…)Make it go viral consistently or in a predictive mannerManage socials (TikTok, Instagram, Facebook) and publish contentCreate content strategiesResearch users behavior and trends to improve strategiesIf the channel works, scale it trough volume, automation or other people
Requirements:Made a b2c product go viral before, big plus if it was a consumer app, big big plus if it was for people over ~30Really good experimentation ability and get hands dirty mentalityThe job is remote but you must be based in the United States or Italy.

Expect a screening interview + deep interview + small content task and job offer. Usually we go from first interview to job offer in less than a week if we see what we're looking for. Consider that we don't make pros/cons list, we only hire when we say "hell yeah let's do this".
