**Position**:Content Marketing and Strategy Specialist

**Key Responsibilities**:
- Develop and execute a content strategy that aligns with the company's marketing goals and initiatives.
Establish strong brand guidelines and other materials which support the brand image and company reputation.
Create a wide range of content including corporate presentation templates, social media posts, internal news articles, and promotional materials.
Work in tandem with the Digital Marketing and Engagement Manager to ensure content is optimized for digital platforms and in-person events while supporting overall marketing objectives.
Conduct competitive content analysis to identify trends, gaps, and opportunities for content differentiation.
Collaborate with marketing and business development teams to create and refine messaging for target audiences.
Ensure all content is on-brand, consistent in terms of style, quality, and tone of voice, and optimized for search and user experience across all channels.
Measure and report on the effectiveness of content strategies, adjusting as necessary to drive better results.
- **Competencies/skills**:
- Proven experience in content creation and strategy development.
Strong understanding of brand management and content marketing.
Experience with SEO, social media, and digital content optimization.
Ability to analyze content performance metrics and adjust strategies accordingly.
Exceptional writing, editing, and communication skills.
Ability to create visually appealing graphics and imagery
Strategic thinking with an ability to execute on vision and goals.
Creative mindset with a focus on engaging and audience-centered content.
Strong project management skills, with an ability to meet deadlines.
Proficient in content management systems and analytics tools.
Team player with an ability to collaborate across departments.
Outstanding knowledge of the English language (spoken and written) is mandatory.
- **Requirements**:
Bachelor's or master's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, Graphics Design or related field. At least 5 years of experience or advanced training specific to content marketing. Experiences in the life sciences a plus.
