Content Marketing Manager
As a **Content Marketing Manager **, you will be responsible for formulating content strategies, producing content and publishing it across media channels, while collaborating with internal and external partners to create and deliver with impact.
You will have the overall responsibility to define and develop the content needed to assure a coherent brand expression at all digital touchpoints, by providing clear guidelines, m apping out a content strategy that supports and extends marketing initiatives, both short
- and long-term, determining the best approach to contents for the brands.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- **Define the strategy **to market contents, identifying the key objectives, the right target audience and the most effective go to market approach for any brands in the portfolio aiming at sustaining brands consideration and driving growth
- Identify the best **content marketing plans **to drive sales and grow customer base in collaboration with Brand Manager, Media, Trade and E-commerce
- **Partecipate in the creation of briefs **for delivering content campaigns and coordinate all the stakeholders to ensure an effective delivery of the campaigns
- **Deliver high performing content campaigns **, supporting media teams in defining coherent media plans; managing the production budget of content campaigns; setting the right communication approach and coordinating the execution of the materials across all the touchpoints in collaboration with the creative agencies
- Ensuring all content is consistent in terms of style, quality and tone of voice, and optimized for search and user experience for all channels of content including online, social media, newsletter, mobile and video
- Establishing work flow for requesting, creating, editing, publishing, and retiring content for any digital touchpoint
- Demonstrate strong storytelling skills and ability to transform technical concept into benefits for target audience
- **Manage excellent content distribution **to digital channels and social media platforms
- **Monitor, measure and analyse performance **metrics across media channels, take corrective actions, optimise content, and propose improved strategies to drive better and higher engagement and experience
**Preferred qualifications
- At least 5 years experience in Content management, with a preferred background in digital, media, fmcg/pharma industry, creative agencies
- Experience in working on campaigns, with a creative and innovative approach, on time and within budget
- Commercial attitude to guarantee marketing effectiveness on key business KPIs
- Proven ability to lead cross-department working groups and influence stakeholders
- Adaptability and resilience
- Fluency in Italian and English
