**About the Role**:
We are currently searching for a resourceful, driven, and highly flexible Content Marketing Manager. You will spearhead the development and implementation of our marketing team's content strategy. This includes building a content calendar, creating a writing process and delivery strategy, managing contract writers, contributing to social media posts and writing blogs, and ultimately, crafting interesting and well-researched content that drives traffic and engages our prospects, customers and website visitors.
This role will also contribute to, manage, and ensure compliance to our brand strategy.
**Main Responsibilities**:
- Craft interesting, well-researched content, including white papers, blog posts, website copy, eBooks, case studies, webinars, videos, presentations, speeches, and other content as needed, to drive traffic, engage and convert target customers.
- Improve shared content across digital channels.
- Serve as an exemplary writer, consistent with our company's tone and mission, writing clean, concise, well-polished copy and editing and providing copywriting oversight to the rest of the marketing team.
- Continuously measure and improve content performance; creating reports leveraging Google Analytics, HubSpot, social media and other analytics tools.
- Build and maintain editorial calendar and written guidelines.
- Stay up to date on the latest industry trends and customer challenges in order to build a more effective editorial calendar.
- Work closely with senior leaders, marketing teammates, and other departments to create effective communications strategies that articulate our product's core benefits properly and consistently.
- Interact with external collaborators, content specialists, graphic designers, and internal team members to create and review all content & ensure consistent messaging.
- Work with designers, product marketing, sales, and external influencers and other industry experts.
- Work with Corporate Marketing to create customer case studies and press releases, supporting the success story process, interviews, and writing
- Manage the preparation, localization and translation of marketing material such as presentations, case studies, brochures, infographics, or video.
- Coordinate with media outlets and contacts to publish press releases, articles, and interviews for the company.
- Provide content support, press releases and customer content to our PR and Media agencies.
- Support, contribute to and maintain the corporate website, always looking for ways to add more content and make it more robust and engaging.
- Assist as needed in other marketing activities including, but not limited to, customer case study generation, industry and corporate events, customer advocacy, demand generation, awards submissions, webinar content creation and execution, etc.
**Requirements**:
- Bachelor's degree in marketing or equivalent.
- Strong communication, editing and copywriting skills.
- 5+ years of experience in B2B Marketing within a B2B software company, with experience in the supply chain industry as a notable plus.
- Strong knowledge of content marketing strategies and channels, with an editorial mindset
- Knowledge of Adobe products, WordPress, HubSpot and Microsoft Office Suite
- High Working Proficiency/Native level of English is a must; other European languages a plus (i. e. Spanish, Italian, Portuguese, French, etc).
- Willing to travel 10% of the time.
- Experience with Media and PR agencies
- Brand management experience a plus
- Creative and organized thinker, self-starter, motivated and highly flexible.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-driven team environment with shifting priorities.
