Put the client first What is the mission of this role?

We are looking for an HSE Consultant with expertise in workplace risk prevention, legal compliance, and contractor management, combining technical experience with strong communication skills.

You will be responsible for developing and managing our content strategy for the Italian market, positioning Twind as a leader in digital transformation for contractor and supplier management, as well as in occupational health and safety.

What will your responsibilities be?

Design and implement content strategies focused on risk prevention, regulatory compliance, and contractor management.

Create technical content such as practical guides, whitepapers, blog articles, and downloadable materials specialized in PRL and HSE.

Lead the creation and management of Twind's first podcast in Italy, planning content, managing guests, and moderating interviews.

Stay up-to-date with regulations and legal developments in the HSE sector to identify opportunities for relevant content.

Participate as a speaker in webinars and events related to PRL and HSE.

Collaborate with the marketing team to optimize content for SEO, social media, and nurturing campaigns.

Develop case studies by working directly with clients in the HSE sector.

Support the creation of materials for industry events and trade fairs.

What are we looking for in you?

Over 3 years of experience in occupational risk prevention, workplace safety, or contractor management, combined with strong communication skills.

Technical education in workplace safety (e. g. , relevant degree, master's degree, or RSPP qualification).

Ability to transform technical content into clear and engaging messages.

In-depth knowledge of Italian legislation related to PRL and HSE.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills to participate in events and produce impactful content.

Native Italian speaker with a good level of Spanish (mandatory) and English proficiency (preferred).

Bonus points for experience in SEO, digital marketing, or audiovisual content creation.
