We are seeking a collaborative, Creative Content Marketing Manager to own our content creation, optimization, and strategy across all of our marketing channels to drive user growth and retention.
You will work cross-functionally with Sales, Data, and other internal teams to build out our sales and marketing materials in a variety of formats (website, articles, sales decks, social, guides, videos, advertising, and more) to increase user engagement, build our brand, and enable sales pipeline.
You will work on a small but scrappy team of marketers with the ability to create and own the content marketing strategy from end to end.

Full-time Location:
Remote in select states or Venice, CA in the heart of an inspiring and eclectic artist community
What You'll Do:
Own thought leadership and editorial content strategy, surfacing customer-centric insights and bringing relevant brand stories and materials to life across a variety of channels.
(Articles, Videos, Digital Ads, Sales Collateral, Website Content, Etc.
)
Create content marketing assets that drive awareness, demand, adoption, and engagement.
Concept and Launch a new content marketing program with strategic goals and measurement.
Collaborate with digital campaign team to concept campaigns, develop campaign assets, and measure ROI
Develop and execute day-to-day marketing materials and content under the direction of Marketing Leadership
Work closely with product on the development of messaging, value propositions, marketing content, and go-to-market strategies for the various features, products, and services as needed.
Contribute to creative development for paid and organic social platforms including Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, YouTube & TikTok as needed
Develop high-performing content marketingprograms and campaigns, including A+ copy, product images, videos, etc
Brief, inspire and provide effective feedback to creative vendors and contractors and project manage throughout the creative process
Work with the social and PR team to evolve overall content guidelines, tone of Importante Azienda details, and editorial guidelines
Own thought leadership content strategy, surfacing customer-centric insights and bringing relevant stories and materials to life across a variety of channels.
Play a key role in new website creation and re-launch
You have 3-5 years exp in related roles
Passion for all things content
Social Media Expertise
Great communication skills, able to distill concepts and insights into written content
Experience creating content for a brand in the consumer-facing and/or B2B Importante Azienda
Working knowledge of SEO/SEM best practices
Ability to provide effective feedback to creative contractors such as writers, designers, and video editors.
Portfolio of content in a variety of forms
Creative Production Experience (video or podcast or related)
