The Partnership & Community team is seeking an enthusiastic Creator Manager to manage the relationship and growth of our top creators on TikTok.

You will be responsible for identifying opportunities, driving long-term partnership and implementing initiatives in line with our team goals.

**Job Description**:

**Responsibilities**:

- Take ownership and empower a portfolio of top content creators by building active and strong relationships

- Drive product adoption and provide ongoing education about new and existing TikTok products

- Analyse, interpret and translate key quantitative metrics and business trends into tailored and regular strategic insights that drive content creators account satisfaction, growth and retention

- Develop innovative and high impact partnerships directly with creators, as well as to their respective agencies and management companies

- Regularly communicate data-driven partner insights to leadership and interface regularly with other cross-functional teams to ensure consistency across the company teams

- Be the face and voice of Creators to our internal teams, and work collaboratively with cross-functional partners across initiatives.

Minimum Qualifications

- BA/BS degree or higher

- 3+ years experience working with content creators, entertainment celebrities, high profile artists, and public figures;

- Native-speaker level in Italian language and advanced fluency in English is required.

Preferred Qualifications

- Solid and confirmed relationships network of content creators, with a demonstrated ability to manage and influence top creators towards partnership

- Demonstrated success in process management and developing client relationships

- Experience managing high level relationships with entertainment industry partners (talent agencies, management companies, publicity firms, etc)

- Digital media industry expertise, with an understanding of digital video and social platforms

- Deep passion for TikTok, mobile entertainment, social media and popular culture

- Strong negotiation and deal-making skills
