Your Role

For our

**Content Factory**, we are recruiting a full-time

**_ Producer (Maternity Cover)_

As a

**Content Factory Producer, ** you will work with our creative team.

Your main responsibilities will include organizing the production and post-production of workout videos, promos, and multiplatform media assets to support the Social and Marketing needs of our brand.

Such content will be shot mainly in English and distributed through all our touchpoints: equipment, app, gyms, etc.

This position requires physical presence at our offices and studio in Milano.

A good knowledge of the various production methods and workflows is necessary as the content you'll be working on varies from short promos to full-length workouts.

Being at ease on set and in talent management is fundamental as you'll be shooting daily with numerous trainers from various countries.

For this reason, being fluent in English is also a must.

About You

- Experience managing the production and post-production processes and the ability to monitor progress for timely execution

- An understanding of the different styles needed to produce the various types of assets required by the various departments: Social, marketing, etc.

- Strong organizational and time-management skills with the ability to set priorities, multi-task, and meet deadlines, providing clearly defined goals and ongoing supervision

- Strong content skills and the ability to clearly convey ideas through proposals, decks, and presentations

- An affinity with Technogym's values

- A passion for physical exercise/ fitness

- Fluent Italian and advanced English skills

- Proven experience as a producer of at least 5 years
