We are now looking for a CONTENT PRODUCTION JUNIOR SPECIALIST - FIXED TERM, based in Milan.

**MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES**:

**VIDEO PRODUCTION**:

Support in collaborating with external production companies and with the communication department.

Design of the creativity for all the projects.

Support in the executive production.

Presence on set and support in managing the relation with the location owners.

**Video editing and constant update of all existing videos**: Adobe Premiere.

**GRAPHIC DESIGN**:

Support in creating graphic layouts for training projects (Corporate and Retail).

Constant update of all images of the above-mentioned materials.

**MATERIALS PRODUCTION**:

Collaboration with graphic department and external suppliers to create any training material.

**CROSS FUNCTIONAL SUPPORT**:

Support in creating videos/images on demand, based on the Valentino Community internal needs.

**REQUIREMENTS**:

University degree in Communication, Graphic Design, Visual Arts or similar.

**Excellent knowledge of Adobe graphic design software**: Photoshop, Illustrator e Indesign.

**Excellent knowledge of the Adobe video editing software**: Premiere e After Effect.

Great knowledge of Microsoft Power Point.

Personal interest for training, human resources and engagement topics.

Passion for images and videos, care for details.

Good interpersonal skills, precision and curiosity.

Great organizational skills for video production.

Very fluent in English.
