Content Specialist
We are looking for a Content Specialist to join our Marketing Team in our Headquarters in Altavilla (Vicenza).
He/She will play an important role in deploying Zamperla Group's Communication plan by creating captivating and engaging content to boost awareness and interest among target audiences.
He/She will be in charge to manage content creation and monitor content metrics for Zamperla's websites, social networks, media platforms and communication materials.
**Main responsibilities**:
Definition of content goals and develop an effective content curation strategy to effectively reach the desired target audience, together with the Marketing Manager.
Creating and managing content calendar and ensuring that the content remains consistent across all platforms by coordinating within internal departments and external agencies.
Creating dedicated written content for various platforms, including websites, social media, promotional materials, media platforms, press releases and other communication initiatives.
Build engaging case studies by interviewing customers and colleagues and turning interviews into interesting scripts for Zamperla's audiences.
Research new/ongoing industry topics, best practices, and consumer trends to guarantee that the content is relevant and appealing to Zamperla Group's audiences.
Proofreading and editing content before publishing through online and offline channels.
Ensuring that SEO and SMO strategies are effectively implemented.
Tracking of KPI and ROI of content initiatives by monitoring, collecting, and analyzing the appropriate metrics and insights for continuous improvement and decision-making.
**Requirements**:
University Degree in Economics, Marketing, Communication, or related fields
Outstanding fluency in English and Italian
2/4 years experience in B2B Communication in structured Companies and/or Agencies.
Copywriting & content creation skills for websites, digital platform, and social networks (LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, Twitter)
Strong understanding of content practices such as SEO
Digital Campaign management skills
Teamwork, Flexibility, Pragmatic approach, Accountability, Result oriented mindset
