Continous Improvement Supervisor
Job responsibilities**:
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Continuous Improvement Supervisor to lead and drive our continuous improvement initiatives within the Fendi Shoes Factory based in Fermo (Marche).
- Promote a company culture oriented towards continuous improvement and innovation.
- Analyze existing production processes and identify areas for improvement to increase efficiency and reduce waste.
- Develop and implement continuous improvement strategies
- Collaborate with all business functions to ensure the effective implementation of improvement initiatives.
- Monitor and evaluate the performance of production processes, establishing key performance indicators (KPIs) and measurable goals.
- Prepare periodic reports and present the results of improvement initiatives to company management.
**Profile**:
- Master's Degree in Management Engineer, Business Management or a related field
- At least 5 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in the footwear or fashion production industry
- In-depth knowledge of Lean, Six Sigma, and other continuous improvement methodologies
- Good knowledge of shoes production processes is a plus
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and in a team
- Results-oriented with the ability to manage complex projects
- Fluent in Italian and English
