MISSION

This person will be responsible for coordinating and identifying area of improvement in term of processes readiness, robustness efficiency and effectiveness and implementing activities and corrective actions in order to ensure maximum quality, elimination of waste, and boost efficiency, both in terms of equipment and work procedures, troubleshooting the relevant issues, constantly monitoring results and performance target achievements, in compliance with the applicable standards and regulations.

KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES

- Maps the processes for the relevant areas, identifies process bottlenecks, analyses causes and areas of improvements, proposing corrective feasible actions, projects and processes able at solves critical issues in order to bring consistent and effective continuous improvement within the areas in scope.

- Plans and sets milestone and targets to achieve provide the involved with inputs monthly, quarterly and yearly data analysis, and other relevant insights able at supporting the prioritization decision process according with the BU's mid-term goals, with the aim of ensuring sustainable and feasible organizational success.

- Provides robust and accurate analysis on yield variances with the aim of identifying causes, proposes corrective actions and relative execution plan, working alignment with Quality Control and Quality Assurance, Site Controlling and Operations.

- Participate in the user requirement collection phases during the new/revised equipment concepts, development and validation, evaluating process capabilities for improving products and processes, formalize required documents and report, working with the other functions to provide all the requirements and analysis needed.

**Qualifications

- Academic background in Engineering

- At least 5 years in Process Improvement or Continuous Improvement roles related to manufacturing environment and sector (preferably in Pharma, Automotive or Food industry).

- Experience in quality and/or Pharma operations is a strong plus.

- Knowledge of Continuous Improvement management: techniques, methodologies, tools

- Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing and Six Sigma techniques, methodologies, tools, preferrably Black Belt
