We are currently collaborating with a multinational company in the automation sector and we are looking for a Continuous Improvement Director.
It is a strategic role focused on leading strategic transformation initiatives across multiple locations, ensuring timely delivery and alignment with performance improvement objectives.
Key Responsibilities Drive Continuous Improvement Initiatives : Lead global efforts to boost efficiency, minimize waste, and enhance departmental and process performance.
Benchmark Industry Best Practices : Stay updated on emerging trends, methodologies, and best practices in continuous improvement.
Design and Implement Strategies : Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define and execute continuous improvement programs and strategies.
Foster a Culture of Excellence : Promote continuous improvement practices to enhance competitiveness and customer satisfaction, aligned with organizational objectives.
Global Collaboration : Work with Group functions to roll out improvement projects and initiatives worldwide.
Data Analysis for Opportunity Identification : Analyze data to pinpoint opportunities, implement solutions, and drive process efficiency.
Develop Continuous Improvement Academies : Establish training programs for methodologies like Lean Six Sigma, encouraging participation across all organizational levels.
Root Cause Analysis and KPI Management : Facilitate analysis to identify root causes, implement corrective actions, and establish relevant KPIs to measure success.
Qualifications Education : Master's degree or equivalent in Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or Management Engineering.
Expertise in Methodologies : In-depth knowledge of Lean Six Sigma, Total Quality Management (TQM), and Total Productive Maintenance (TPM).
Experience : Minimum of 10 years in senior operations roles within Supply Chain.
Global Team Leadership : Ability to lead diverse, international teams.
Project Management : Strong skills in managing complex projects and driving business transformation.
Analytical Skills : Proficiency in data analysis and KPI management.
Stakeholder Communication : Excellent interpersonal, negotiation, and communication skills across all organizational levels.
Leadership : Proactive attitude with strong leadership capabilities.
Language Proficiency : Fluency in English.
