Continuous Improvement Engineer page is loadedContinuous Improvement EngineerWe're seeking a talented Continuous Improvement Engineer to join our Pignataro Maggiore (CE) plant. As a key member of our team, you'll report directly to the Plant Director and your responsibilities will include:Evaluate and enhance existing production processes to improve efficiency, reduce costs, minimize risks, and boost product quality. Identify opportunities for product specification improvements. Support the production department in optimizing and evolving processes. Collaborate with various stakeholders (maintenance, production, IT, RD, quality) to address production-related issues. Identify improvement areas through objective and quantitative analysis of process performance. Launch and coordinate continuous improvement projects, meetings, and workshops. Analyze and monitor performance indicators. Design and organize production methods. Oversee the integration of new technologies, supervising testing and process optimization phases. Coordinate resources across production, process, and maintenance teams, ensuring effective communication and collaboration. Who are we looking for?
