We are looking for a Continuous Imprevement/Lean Specialist to join our Quality and Continuous improvement department.

**YOUR CHALLENGE WILL BE**:

- Spread and share LSS mindset accross the organization

- Manage continuous improvement projects

- Implement and monitor wharehouse and transportation KPIs

- Analyse data and processes in order to improve logistic and transportation flows

**WHO YOU ARE**:

- You are an Engineer

- You have around two years' experience

- You speak Italian and you are fluent in English

- You master Lean methodologies

- You have excellent interpersonal and communication skills

- You are proactive
