The process improvement manager leading continuous improvement journey, will be responsible to map all the processes and design future state through a structured continuous improvement methodology with the different stakeholders to support business needs and achieve functional targets.

He/She will align all the projects to be activated to arrive to the designed future state, the aggregation of the different projects will be the Supply chain master plan, which this role will be leading and responsible for the execution on time and on outcome results.

Through the methodology, he/she will be a key agent to re-engineering all the market supply chain processes with internal focus on efficiencies and automation, but with the biggest focus on external view creating partnership with our customers first and then with other functions.

KEY ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES

- Being responsible of the design and execution of functional masterplan which synchronizes and develops processes/systems requirements and competencies within the organization and with other functions;

- Define and implement continuous improvement methodology to be applied in all process studies;

- Leads DDS (Daily Direction Setting) including root cause analysis and action planning on the different issues;

- Leads monthly masterplan review with Supply chain Lead team;

- Being responsible of the on time execution of the different masterplan projects;

- Being responsible of the delivery of the Supply chain outcome measure as per master plan delivery (aligning projects to KPIs benefit);

- Coordinate Root cause analysis on the outcome measures and support action planning;

- Responsible to have all dashboard updated on a daily basis for in-process and outcome measures;

- Train and coach Supply chain folks on the continuous improvement methodology;

- Define skill matrix, training and qualification for each role in Supply chain;

Key Measures

- Being horizontal player within Supply chain, he/she will be responsible for all the outcome measure in the functions: Service level, cost, inventory, in each of the area of intervention;

- Direct responsibility on the Capability buinding: 100% of the organization have to be trained & qualified as per skill matrix;

- 100% master plan delivery.

**Qualifications

- University Degree in Engineering or similar;

- Minimum 2/3 years of experience in similar roles;

- Analytical skills - able to analyze multiple sources of data and to root cause problems;

- Problem-solving skills

- able to facilitate problem resolution, engaging with relevant stakeholders;

- Operates with discipline : attention to detail, follow-through and manage within agreed policies, thrive under pressure with a demonstrated ability to get things done;

- Detail Oriented: be able to extract insight pay close attention and notice minor details of processes;

- Organizational skills - able to successfully prioritize and manage multiple accountabilities simultaneously;

- Data analysis & process mapping;

- Black belt as certification (preferred);

- Collaboration & Communication skills - able to work within and across multiple functional teams, collaborating with Planning, Brand, Finance, Supply Chain and Commercial stakeholders.
