In this role as a CI Manager You will be responsible to establish a continuous improvement (CI) culture in company focusing on customer and quality by deploying a set of CI competencies, utilizing Lean Six Sigma (L6S) as the CI methodology for Process Automation Business Area in Ossuccio (Como, Italy). You will be driving transformational projects within the scope of responsibility. Your responsibilitiesDeploy and execute the strategies to continuous improvement facilitating best practices sharing within company. Develop talented individuals within company and provide access for internal customers who require specific content knowledge. Understand the company's mission, objectives and improvement needs suggesting projects and improvement actions that support objectives. Provide training, coaching and facilitation support to individuals and teams so that they are better equipped to drivetheir improvement efforts for themselves, driving standardization and consistency within the L6S project and to make sure the knowledge is well transferred within the community. Drive transformational projects within the scope of responsibility with a hands-on and problem-solving approach. Monitor the company operational KPI performance collecting the OPQ in whole process to find the opportunity for improvement. Your backgroundBachelor or Master degree in Engineering or equivalent skill level;8-10 years of experience;Sound knowledge on quality standard and improvement method, being familiar with operational excellence or lean production.

Knowledge of the process of electrical products;Strong written and spoken communication skills in English;A solution-focused approach, ability to think independently to challenge traditional solutions; Good facilitating, execution and teamwork skills and providing guidance to project teams.
