**Continuous Improvement Manager (M/F/d)**:

**YOUR TASKS

An international team of 25+ experts is providing support for technical trouble shooting (via ticket system), commissioning activities and technical trainings.

All actions are strongly connected to Service and PM operations in 6 countries with 1. 400+ wind turbines.

The highly motivated team is constantly identifying potential to improve (cross-country) processes, technical work instructions and project reports.

The role of Service Continious Improvement Manager will support from our offices in Rome, Italy while having the following responsibilities:

- Understand and analyse processes and working procedures in the company to identify best practice examples (incl.

cooperation with other Service Regions)

- Support team members by transforming vague improvement ideas into solid action plans

- Evaluate benefits, resources requirements and time lines for improvement projects

- Manage technical and organizational improvement projects from start to finish with support from experts

- Mentor technical team members by sharing project management tools such as templates for project reports or calculations, procedures for brain storming sessions, etc.

- Create project agendas incl.

milestones, templates, calculations and presentations

- Identify possibilities to use modern IT tools (MS Teams, Power BI, ticket system, etc. )

to improve reporting methods

- Assess financial impact of technical issues, containment actions and possible solutions (business cases)

- Actively support roll out of complex changes (e. g.

processes, work instructions) with group meetings and presentations in a multi-national team

- Escalate blocking points and propose management actions

- Join service technicians in wind turbines and service points to gain hands-on experience with our core business

**YOUR PROFILE

- Professional education in technical or economic field

- Minimum 1 year of professional experience in a Service focused industrial business (e. g.

OEM, Power Utility Company, Manufacturer of electrical or mechanical components)

- Proven experience in professional project management with stakeholders from different departments

- Background in service level environment, quality or process management is a plus

- Strong Health & Safety awareness

- Fluent Italian & English spoken and written is a must

- German or French language skills is an advantage

- Very good knowledge of MS Office (especially Excel)

- Knowledge in PowerBI and/or SAP Systems is a plus

- Quick comprehension of complex tasks and profound technical understanding

- Systematic problem-solving behavior and strong communication skills
