WHAT YOU'LL NEED TO HAVE

- Good knowledge of project management processes including methods and tools; scope, time, cost, risk, quality, communication and how to integrate these processes.

- Proven experience in Logistics process automation projects is nice to have

- Good knowledge of change management methods and tools.

- Good coordinator able to handle many interfaces and tasks.

- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build trustful relationships with stakeholders of different seniority levels across the organisation.

- Proven analytical skills with experience making decisions based on hard and soft data.

- Ability to communicate confidently and clearly both in Italian and English.

WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING DAY TO DAY

- Drive transformation activities as defined in the project scope

- Effectively lead, manage and develop project team members/peers within and/or across different locations in order to deliver the project goals and to increase project management competence within the organisation

- Build effective relationships with stakeholders and partners, securing optimum cooperation to deliver the project goals.

- Deliver accurate and timely reports on the project to the relevant stakeholders.

- Track and manage dependencies and interfaces within the project and with other transformation activities.

- Maintain an effective working relationship with external vendors/service providers.

- Enable change by devising and delivering learning and communication activities to identified target groups.

- Review and evaluate the project and document the learnings.

- Prepare Business Requirements document for identified gaps to be addressed and for any additional requirements on Resolutions.
