Be part of this exciting journey in Kuehne+Nagel logistics by applying now!Your RoleUnder the guidance of the Contract Logistics Production System Black Belt, the Continuous Improvement Expert's responsibility is to implement Kuehne+Nagel's continuous improvement program (Production System) for our logistics site in Mantova (MN) in alignment with the local management team and ensures the delivery of savings and productivity improvements.

He/she will be the key representative and active promoter of Continuous Improvement culture that the site needs to embrace. Your ResponsibilitiesFacilitates and fosters the Continuous Improvement process, culture, and site program deployment across the warehousing operation. Identifies, leads, and delivers LSS projects using DMAIC methodology and statistical tool in line with site objectives and budget requirements. Implements and maintains standards and tools as foreseen by Kuehne+Nagel's Operational Excellence program, such as 5S, Visual Management, Standard work, SQCDEP boards, and more. Co-Facilitates Deep Dive Value Stream Analysis and lean events at a local level. Trains, coaches, and supports employees at various levels in the organization in applying continuous improvement techniques and tools. Your Skills and ExperiencesMaster's degree in Management/Industrial Engineering or equivalent. Practice certified Lean Six Sigma Green Belt or relevant Lean Six Sigma Experience (min.

2 years). Proven track record of successful use of Lean Six Sigma Tools and completion of continuous improvement projects. Experience in Logistics/Supply Chain or Production Environment is a plus. Analytical and problem-solving thinking combined with a hands-on and proactive mind-set. Demonstrates a passion for continuous improvement and the ability to energize and inspire others. Advanced skills in MS office tools, Minitab regarded as a plus. Fluent in Italian, advanced in English. Job Location is Mantova (MN).
