For Our International Company, Leader in Supply Chain Industry, we are looking for: Continuous Improvement Specialist (OMS Champion)Continuous Improvement Specialist (OMS Champion) ) based in Borgo San Giovanni drives improvement process, has the passion for excellence and the enthusiasm for develop solution. In this Continuous Improvement Specialist (OMS Champion ) role you will:Spread and share the Lean mindset throughout the organization;Manage and support process improvement projects;Implement and monitor KPIs;Promote and convey continuous improvement tools;Managing continuous improvement opportunities and addressing necessary actions;Supporting the implementation and maintenance of Performance Management;The ideal candidate has the following characteristics:Bachelor Degree in Engineering/Economics or Master in Supply Chain;At least 2 years of experience in continuous improvement's team in Manufacturing/Supply Chain Industry;Good knowledge of the main diagnostic tools, data analysis and performance measurement;Good knowledge of the English;Ability to analyze processes and solve problems;Excellent knowledge of Excel, Power BI;Proactive personality, able to work in a team with good communication skills and a strong propensity for improvement
