Do you want to contribute to our Continuous Imprevement team? We are looking for a Continuous Improvement Specialist to join our Quality and Continuous Improvement department.

This figure will be in charge of continuously enhance the organization's quality standards, operational efficiency, and customer satisfaction by driving continuous improvement initiatives. YOUR CHALLENGES WILL BE:Verifying and implementing system procedures, management procedures and business unit proceduresCreating and maintaining forms for collecting and archiving evidence of the application of the Quality Management System (QMS)Developing and updating operational procedures, instructions, and formsManaging the approval flow of operational documentation in the management systemConducting internal audits and issuing non-conformitiesManaging non-conformities arising from customer complaints, audits, and internal reportsIdentifying and verifying the application and effectiveness of corrective/preventive actions. Adapting procedures to customer requirements and regulationsUsing methodologies for analyzing non-conformities and identifying corrective/preventive actionsMonitoring and validating monthly key performance indicators (KPIs)Creating scorecards for new clients, set targets and calculate performanceIdentifing and validate data sources for reportingWHO YOU ARE:You hold a degree in EngineeringYou have at least 3 years of experience in the roleYou are fluent in EnglishYou are proficient with Microsoft OfficeYou preferably know Power BI or QlikViewYou have analytical mindset with excellent attention to detailYou are able to work collaboratively in cross-functional teamsYou have problem-solving skills with a proactive approach to process improvementDO YOU RECOGNIZE YOURSELF?
