For Our International Company, Leader in Supply Chain Industry, we are looking for: Continuous Improvement Specialist (OMS Champion) Continuous Improvement Specialist ( OMS Champion) ) based in Borgo San Giovanni drives improvement process, has the passion for excellence and the enthusiasm for develop solution.

In this Continuous Improvement Specialist (OMS Champion ) role you will : Spread and share the Lean mindset throughout the organization; Manage and support process improvement projects; Implement and monitor KPIs; Promote and convey continuous improvement tools; Managing continuous improvement opportunities and addressing necessary actions; Supporting the implementation and maintenance of Performance Management; The ideal candidate has the following characteristics: Bachelor Degree in Engineering/Economics or Master in Supply Chain; At least 2 years of experience in continuous improvement's team in Manufacturing/Supply Chain Industry; Good knowledge of the main diagnostic tools, data analysis and performance measurement; Good knowledge of the English; Ability to analyze processes and solve problems; Excellent knowledge of Excel, Power BI; Proactive personality, able to work in a team with good communication skills and a strong propensity for improvement
