Continuous Improvement Specialist
Do you want to contribute to our Continuous Improvement team? We are looking for a Continuous Improvement Specialist to join our Quality and Continuous Improvement department.
This figure will be in charge of continuously enhancing the organization's quality standards, operational efficiency, and customer satisfaction by driving continuous improvement initiatives. YOUR CHALLENGES WILL BE:Verifying and implementing system procedures, management procedures, and business unit procedures. Creating and maintaining forms for collecting and archiving evidence of the application of the Quality Management System (QMS). Developing and updating operational procedures, instructions, and forms. Managing the approval flow of operational documentation in the management system. Conducting internal audits and issuing non-conformities. Managing non-conformities arising from customer complaints, audits, and internal reports. Identifying and verifying the application and effectiveness of corrective/preventive actions. Adapting procedures to customer requirements and regulations. Using methodologies for analyzing non-conformities and identifying corrective/preventive actions. Monitoring and validating monthly key performance indicators (KPIs). Creating scorecards for new clients, setting targets, and calculating performance. Identifying and validating data sources for reporting. WHO YOU ARE:You hold a degree in Engineering. You have at least 3 years of experience in the role. You are fluent in English. You are proficient with Microsoft Office. You preferably know Power BI or QlikView. You have an analytical mindset with excellent attention to detail. You are able to work collaboratively in cross-functional teams.
