**What you will do
**How you will do it
- You analyze "broad spectrum" business data
- Identify incorrect data to ensure that our data sources remain in optimal shape
- Flag outliers and perform root cause analysis
- Interpret the data versus the business processes they correspond with
- Maintain close relationships with the business teams/departments to discuss data inaccuracies and you support them in taking structural, preventive measures
- Evaluate business data trends to spot overall improvement areas
- You support the business leader in the roll out of these improvement projects
- Hybrid role: 80% home office, 20% travel within EMEA
**What we look for
- Strong data handling skills: ability to gather and process a large amount of data
- Demonstrate attention to detail with the ability to deep dive into data to spot issues
- High level of mathematical ability
- Ability to analyze & interpret data vs the business processes they correspond with
- Able to translate the different business inputs into a streamlined process
- Methodical in research and modeling the outcome
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, experience with Visio and Smartsheet is a plus
- healthy interest in IT/systems and understanding how data, processes and systems are connected
- experience in leading/governing the roll-out of Continuous Improvement projects
- Minimal Bachelor Degree or an equivalent combination of education and/or experience
- Proven track record on working in cross-cultural environment.
Ability to manage multiple regional projects effectively
- Logical thinker, results-oriented and with excellent project management, communication, and analytical skills
- Independent and motivated individual who requires little supervision and demonstrates sound judgment
- Deep understanding of human behavior, good judge of character> always the right tone of voice, providing just enough framework so that make people want to collaborate with you.
At the same time you can indicate clear target delivery dates and make them stick
- Minimal 5 years of relevant working experience, preferably in a retail environment
