Contract Administrator
Responsibilities
- Contribute to the proper contractual execution of the Company's sales commitments, ensuring the issuance of invoices on time and in the required manner, taking care of the credit recovery of active invoices, monitoring contractual deadlines, updating the estimate of penalties, controlling and monitoring contractual congruities;
- Support Procurement structures in drafting, evaluating and interpreting administrative/financial clauses under negotiation of purchase orders and contracts;
- Support commercial and program structures in drafting, evaluating and interpreting administrative/financial clauses under negotiation, through also constant interaction with the external Client;
- Process and distribute company reports on the Company's turnover, collections, invoice issuance plan and order book, recording deviations and suggesting corrective actions;
- Helping to ensure, in collaboration with the financial services structure, the best management of payment instruments from customers (e. g. , letters of credit) and regarding the monitoring and release of bank guarantees;
- Ensure effective monitoring of government approvals, supporting GS&Trade Compliance structures;
- Ensure proper implementation of company procedures designed to govern the process of finalizing contract documents.
**Requirements**:
- Good negotiating skills;
- Good knowledge of SAP;
- Fluency in English.
Education
Master's degree in Economics and Finance or similar.
