SICIM is a Construction Company established in 1962 and offers all types of services related to the installation of pipelines and relevant ancillary facilities for the transmission and distribution of oil, gas and water on an international basis.

**Posizione**:

We are currently looking for a** Contract Administrator** for our HQ in Busseto.

The contract administrator is responsible for preparing, negotiating, and reviewing contracts.

The aim is to approach contract drafting and negotiation reducing risk and closing deals quickly and efficiently.

The person will be involved in the following activities:

- To support contracts review with Commercial teams, Operations and Legal Affairs;

- To collaborate with the Subcontracts team in identifying contractual terms which must be transferred to vendors/subcontractors;

- To keep a record of the Projects performance and support Operations with contractual matters, working with an inter-functional approach

- to keep the project claims tracker fully updated;

- Preparation of Contract Letters;

- Identifying, tracking and addressing to the commercial department any contractual lesson learned identified during the project execution;

**Requisiti**:

- Engineering degree;

- At least 2 years of experience, with at least 1 year of experience in contract management in Oil&Gas and/or EPC;

- Attention to detail and the ability to review one's own work as well as the work of others;

- Strong computer skills, including MS Office, Excel, PowerPoint and related tools;

- Ability to handle multiple priorities and work well under pressure;

- Fluency in English - written and spoken.
