As a member of the Project Control & Logistic Team in Local Divisions Marine & Ports, you will work as Contract Administrator and Sales Support for Spare Part in close cooperation with the other local Teams (Operations, Sales and Project Management & Execution) in all the tasks related to your responsibility, ensuring effective implementation of your tasks.
**Your responsibilities**:
- Preparation of offers, mainly related to Spare Parts for Worldwide Customers.
- Preparation of administrative/technical/commercial documentation related to the offers.
- Supporting the sales customer account in preparing their offers and assist in the sales activity.
- After sales assistance.
Customer claim management.
- Order handling and management from the order receipt to the invoice.
- Report preparation utilizing the company tool.
Database management.
- Support the warehouse and logistic dept with proper indication and documentation.
**Your background**:
- Education in Economic or Management disciplines;
- Experience in logistic office (preferrable in marine & ports market);
- Proficient in Microsoft Office products (PowerPoint, Word, Excel, etc.
);
- Fluent English language, verbal and written;
- Fast in answering to Customers with good communication and negotiation skills, able to handle numerous activities "simultaneously" (on the same day all the tasks can be performed);
- Time and priority management and team working skills.
- Problem solving skills, proactiveness in suggesting workflow improvement, precise and care to details.
