In the dynamic realm of tender management at Medtronic, your role as Contract Analyst in Tender Office will spearhead the meticulous coordination of competitive bidding processes.
A Day in the Life Analyzing tender documents and interacting with various departments involved to retrieve necessary documents; Preparing administrative documentation using the Datagon tool for participation in public procurement bids; Preparing the economic proposal through contact with the Business Unit and using Vendavo and Datagon tools; Managing forms for the tender sample; Entering managed practices into the document archive; Familiarity with public administration portals and uploading/sending tender documentation.
Must Haves Minimal 1 year experience in the public procurement area/medical devices Degree in Law (or preferably with a legal background) Native Italian speaker Good knowledge of spoken and written English Team working skills Organizational skills in managing deadlines/priorities Good inclination for interpersonal relationships Proficiency in using major computer tools Nice to Haves Degree in Law or with a legal background We Offer We offer a competitive salary and benefits package to all our employees:
