A Day in the LifeAnalyzing tender documents and interacting with various departments involved to retrieve necessary documents;Preparing administrative documentation using the Datagon tool for participation in public procurement bids;Preparing the economic proposal through contact with the Business Unit and using Vendavo and Datagon tools;Managing forms for the tender sample;Entering managed practices into the document archive;Familiarity with public administration portals and uploading/sending tender documentation.
