What You Will Do In Your Role

- Participate in internal kick-off and project review meetings as needed.

- ERP system management, including (but is not limited to) creation of the new job and the relevant sales order, customized items creation and insertion in a bill of material, business partners addresses maintenance, warehouse receipts and invoicing release to Finance Department

- Create and monitor project documents list, expediting the submission of documents with customer, suppliers and the project team to keep the due date

- Monitoring the progress and performance of the documentation to reach the contractual deadlines.

- List and maintain all contractual specifications up to date, also copying all those revised to suppliers as needed.

- Follow the completion of project final documentation as per client specifications in both soft and hard copies when required.

- Collect preliminary packing lists, material test certificates, reports and pictures from suppliers and coordinate with the Quality and Logistics Departments for the goods release and delivery to the customer.

- Arrange packing and marking as per contractual specifications.

- Work in accordance with the company procedures and standards.

The Experience You Will Bring

**Requirements**:

- Good Written and Verbal communication skills in English.

Italian will be an asset.

- Target-oriented, availability to work team, deduction and punctuality, dynamism

- Problem solving

- ERP systems basic knowledge
