We are looking for a **New College Graduate (Neo Laureata/o)** for the role of **European Contract Control Specialist** to join our Team in **Agrate Brianza (MB)** Office.

**KEY RESPONSIBILITIES**:

- Create under supervision Quotations to create Booking and Billings for multi-year agreements in ERP systems.

This includes completing a clean booking checklist to show compliance for legal and financial policies.

- Maintain Contracts under supervision with accuracy to enable Service Orders for customer support.

- Escalate when customer facing issues not being met.

- Work directly with internal stakeholders like Sales and Regional Focals Finance, Business Development to obtain required documentation for booking, billing and contract maintenance of this business.

- Report Management and Maintenance.

- Develop understanding of customer requirements and relationship with customers Support of Internal & External Audit with provision of required documentation Support projects through regional testing, attend workshops, assist in writing documentation.

**REQUIREMENTS

- ** New College Graduate with bachelor's or master's Degree** preferably in Foreign Languages, Economic/Social Sciences or similar.

- ** Good knowledge of oral and written English and German.
