To cooperate with the Senior Contract Engineer/Contract Manager during the Project Execution Phase in themanagement of the contractual relationships with Clients and Partners.

Main Activities & Responsibilities: To have full knowledge of the contract documents, including scope of work, queries and deviationssubmitted during the tendering phase; To have a clear knowledge of the breakdown of the contract price and the logic of the project timeschedule; To assist the Senior Contract Engineer/Contract Manager in preparing the tools to be used during theProject execution, in particular: the Contract diagram, the Contract induction support material, thecontract execution plan, the contract risk analysis, the Contract Management report, etc.

To assist the Senior Contract Engineer/Contract Manager in preparing the draft of the communicationsconcerning contractual issues; To assist the Senior Contract Engineer/Contract Manager to keep record of the cases when client andpartners do not fulfil their contractual obligations; To assist the Senior Contract Engineer/Contract Manager, liaising with the Project Team Members, toidentify and prepare promptly the change orders to be issued to the Client and the partners, using theAlert Cards system; To assist the Senior Contract Engineer/Contract Manager in keeping updated the status of changeorders; To assist the Senior Contract Engineer/Contract Manager, liaising with the Project Team members, toanalyze the negative change orders issued by Clients and Partners and prepare the required replies; To assist the PD/PM and the other Project Team members, in close coordination with the Senior ContractEngineer/Contract Manager, in the analysis of topics that have any contractual aspects; To collaborate with the Senior Contract Engineer/Contract Manager in the Risk Analysis activities.
