Contract Logistics Administration Specialist

Your Role**:The Administration Specialist perform clerical tasks including typing documents, compiling and filing records, answering and making telephone calls, scheduling appointments and completing general office tasks related to the warehouse.
He/she support the Site Manager & Contract Logistics Operations Manager to improve general workplace efficiency and supervise the warehouse activity looking also to continuous improvement
Your Responsibilities**:
- Taking and processing orders and addressing complaints
- Compiling, maintaining and updating company records (KPIs, daily workload.
)
- Managing office inventory and working with vendors to ensure the regular supply of office materials
Check and proposal of improvements into office activities and warehouse activity
- Supervising supplier activities proactively #LI-CT2
**Your Skills and Experiences**:
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Previous experience in a similar role
- Excellent organizational, time management skills
- Ability to use Office in general
- More then basic Excel knowledge and ability on data analysis
- Ability to work strictly with the customer
- Team working is a must
- Able to work by target and manage daily issue
- English is a must
- HACCP knowledge
- Time flexibility
