Your Role**:Contract Logistics Adminitration Trainee will have to ensure the efficiency of the order fulfillment process and the logistics management of goods with a view to achieve the highest level of customer satisfaction.

Your Responsibilities**:

- Management of receipt / preparation orders and direct supervision of the activities of the pharmaceutical logistics center

use of the internal WMS for routine activities

- Management of complaints and disputes with in-depth analysis and definition of improvement actions

- Operate in compliance with the directives received, the approved plans, company and group policies and procedures

- Ensure the regularity, quality and timing of the activities necessary to carry out the fulfillment of orders and the delivery of goods

**Your Skills and Experiences**:

- Time planning even in situations of high stress

- Resource planning and contingency coordination

- Excellent use of Excel

- Fluent in English
