We are creating a 130, 000 sqm state-of-the-art, fully automated warehouse that will handle logistics services for our client adidas and serve 19 countries across Eastern and Southern Europe.

Your Role The Contract Logistics Data Analyst works within Contract Logistics.
In this case, She/He will operate for adidas Campus South, our new fully automated warehouse located in Mantua, which, with over 130, 000 square meters, will represent an unparalleled example of excellence and innovation in automated technology operations.
Working as part of the Customer Service team, the Contract Logistics Data Analyst will extract and analyze data related to warehouse's workload, issues, trends and KPIs, to provide information and potential solutions to the customer and to internal stakeholders.
She/He will run her/his role by using different software as Swift Log, Tableau, BusinessObjects, etc… and conducting reporting activities.
Your Responsibilities Extract and analyse data related to warehouse's workload, issues, trends and KPIs, to provide information and potential solutions to the customer and internal stakeholders Establish and implement clear procedures to respond to data-related queries, keep track of these and monitor the efficacy of the related procedures, to provide needed information quickly and efficiently Conduct reporting activities, implement dashboards and develop other easy to understand ways to communicate data related to warehouse's workload, issues, trends and KPIs, to provide information quickly and efficiently Work on continuous improvement about reports, dashboards, charts, and all the other data communication ways, to improve the efficacy of the data communication strategy Strictly collaborate with Operations and other departments to understand business needs related to data analysis and, consequently, develop reporting activities aligned with business requests Use, understand and improve data analysis tools as SwiftLog, Tableau, and BusinessObjects Your Skills and Experiences 2 – 5 years' experience in large scale (>300FTE) highly automated fulfilment operations with strong preference given to eCommerce / Fashion / Retail experience, preferably in multinational companies with matrix organizational structure Proven track record of successful completion of projects related to data analysis commissioning regarding automated logistics or productive environments, preferably with a frequent interaction with customers/clients Deep knowledge and understanding of data analysis tools as Tableau, applied in operational environments as warehouses or production factories Experience with metric oriented and data analysis-based work environments characterized by the respect of strict SLAs and deadlines and ability to prioritize issues and tasks by using ticketing systems Good Reasons to Join Since 1890, Kuehne+Nagel is committed to shape the world of logistics with a strong determination to connect people and goods through innovative and sustainable logistics solutions.
