We are looking for a highly motivated Contract Logistics Quality Specialist to join us in our Nogara for 12 months.

Your Role: The Contract Logistics Quality Specialist works within the Contract Logistics Function.

Contract Logistics provides innovative end-to-end warehousing and distribution solutions carried out to scale in a structured and standardised manner to optimize supply chain operations for our customers.

This role is part of the Quality Department and supports to check and ensure that product and service compliance are up to quality standards and laws.

Your Responsibilities: Quality Management: Support to fill up daily inspection reports Help to fulfill documents for the specifications of packaging materials.

Product and services' inspection and approval: Collaborate to perform routine acknowledgement by signing off a variety of records (calibration, temperature, pest control record and routine inspection for warehouse compliance if necessary) Accountable for the follow-up of control data analysis activities Assist in starting and packaging materials (including quality of final packaging) and intermediate, bulk, and finished products Internal audit program management: Support in internal audits QSHE Department support: Offer support on a need basis to analyse and provide requested data to QSHE Department to pass certifications and ensure compliance to standards and laws Your Skills and Experiences: 1-2 years of experience in process quality management Knowledge of ISO 9001 and HACCP is a huge plus Fluent knowledge of English and native Italian Willingness and previous experience in working in a warehouse or production environment Attention and empathy to the customer's need Willingness to travel short routes occasionally to cooperate with other Kuehne+Nagel sites Good Reasons to Join: Passion and willingness to be part of a diverse, multicultural, and dynamic team are a must to us!
