Contract Logistics Safety & Health Manager

Your Role As the Safety & Health Manager, you will play a key role in the implementation and management of health and safety standards, ensuring compliance with local laws, regulations, and company policies. You will provide expert advice and administrative support on all health and safety matters, coordinate risk management strategies, and conduct training to ensure a safe working environment for all employees. This role requires certification as "Addetto Servizio Prevenzione e Protezione Aziendale" (ASPP) or "Responsabile Servizio Prevenzione e Protezione Aziendale" (RSPP). Your Responsibilities Implement and coordinate safety and health strategies and
standards, such as ISO 45001 certification. Oversee and supervise health and
safety reporting system, review and monitor KPIs in collaboration with the HSE local
team and ensure adherence to company policies. Conduct regular site inspections to ensure compliance with
safety policies and procedures. Perform risk assessments to identify
hazards, evaluate risks, define and implement preventive / corrective measures
to mitigate safety hazards. Drive continuous improvements in HSE
processes, including incident investigation, CAPA (Corrective and Preventive
Actions). Develop and execute annual Health & Safety Training Plan
at local level in coordination with the RSPP and QSHE team. Conduct occupational Health &
Safety mandatory training in coordination with the RSPP of national QSHE teamCoordinate M. D. on Medical
Surveillance of workers at local level Lead by example, fostering a supportive and inclusive work
environment that values diversity. Promote employee engagement and talent retention while
managing team well-being. Your Skills and Experiences Bachelor's Degree
required. (Tecniche della Prevenzione nell'Ambiente e nei
Luoghi di Lavoro preferred)ASPP or RSPP certification valid (Italian Law Decree
81/2008) mandatory. Trainer Occupational Safety &
Health Qualification ex art 37 Italian Law Decree 81/2008 mandatory. Trainer Occupational Safety &

preferred. Few years of leadership experience. Few years of national experience at
the same role. Fluent in Italian and English (advanced level). Strong proficiency in MS Office (Advanced user). ACAD userProven ability to foster collaboration, promote feedback,
