Contract Logistics Supervisor

**SUMMARY
The Logistics Supervisor coordinate and leads the Logistics & Distribution product. He or she is responsible for the operations, the organization, the optimization of the services sold to customers and the operating processes of the Logistics warehouse, while acting with a constant concern for customer satisfaction.
These missions are carried out in accordance with the company's operating procedures, quality approaches and values.
He or she reports to the Italy Country Manager.
**WHAT YOU WILL DO
MANAGE YOUR PEOPLE & OPERATIONS
Manage, animate and unite your team, ensuring communication with it and releasing information about UPS processes and strategy
Evaluate and train your people on a regular basis
Organize, coordinate and control activities, planning and having them executed while optimizing human and technical resources
Ensure relations with Management Staff
Participate in internal auditing process, draw up and follow up on the resulting action plan
MANAGE YOUR BUDGET
Manage and control product budget in line with Country Manager and Company's Strategy
Analyzes the income statements coming from Headquarters to detect deviations from objectives and correct them
Be responsible for the validation of invoices related to the business activities
BE IN RELATION WITH CUSTOMERS
Supervise customer relationship in collaboration with the sales and technical teams, in order to ensure the level of quality of the services
Facilitate and prepare client meetings
Validate or define areas for improvement of services
Communicate to the line manager any information nature that may guide commercial actions
CREATE AND FULFILL REPORTING
Build and monitor activities dashboards
Ensure permanent, regular and on-time reporting to Country Manager, Financial Department and Region Staff
PERFORM QUALITY AND HEALTH & SAFETY PROCEDURES
Participate in coordination of Quality and Health & Safety meetings
Respect and enforce the Quality and Health & Safety rules

Management Engineering or Economics Degree
YOUR EXPECTED KNOWLEDGE
Previous experience in Logistics & Distribution
Management
Inventory and storage methods
Financial analysis basis
