- ** Your Role **:Contract Logistics VAS & Packaging Coordinator works within Contract Logistics.

In this case, She/He will operate for adidas Campus South, our new fully automated warehouse located in Mantua, which, with over 130, 000 square metres, will represent an unparalleled example of excellence and innovation in automated technology operations.

The Contract Logistics VAS & Packaging Coordinator, by following the guidance of the Customer Service Manager, will be responsible for working closely with internal and external stakeholders to arrange and approve value added services (VAS) for the customer.

- ** Your Responsibilities**:

- Under the supervision of the Contract Logistics Customer Service Manager, contribute to develop and establish a strong and solid relationship with the customer and internal stakeholders, just to ensure an accurate, consistent, and timely info communication

- In collaboration with Contract logistics Quality & inventory Expert, support the inventory consumables checking, including cycle counting, in order to review all the procedures under a Quality poitn of view

- Manage the inventory documentation of the consumables and VAS material, holding relations with external supplier to ensure consistent and timely refill

- Carry out the VAS activities arranged according to the customer requirements

- Supervise the (un)loading process related to pallets

- Arrange other VAS activities such as fumigation, stuffing, certificate of origin, etc.

- Update systems status and upload documents relating to KN services

**Your Skills and Experiences**:

- 0 - 2 years' experience in large scale (>300FTE) highly automated fulfilment operations with strong preference given to eCommerce / Fashion / Retail experience

- Experience with fast paced work environments where analytical skills, ability to identify root causes of problems, predict problems by examining situations with a metric-based approach are considered crucial

- Expertise with administrative activities in logistics and/or productive fast paced environments with a strong employ of data entry software and a widespread usage of report
