**What does the role involve?
**:
As a Contract Management and Documentation Specialist, you will work within the Channels department, specifically in the Customer Service team.
If required, the position will also deal with public and private tenders, preparing the relevant documentation and coordinating the different company functions.
In details:
Analyze contracts for Hilti Services and other offering
Analyze customer requests regarding bids/orders for various business opportunities.
The analysis consists of verifying the customer's request (in terms of modification/introduction of conditions) and collecting the necessary information to understand its scope, implications and feasibility
Coordinate Hilti functions (sales, legal, engineering, finance, credit, marketing, logistics, human resources, etc. )
and collect feedback from them in order to manage the customer's request
Create a deviation list (list of discrepancies between customer requests and standard contracts) and analyze it with the sales force (AM, ASM, Division Manager), in order to understand whether the deviations requested by the customer are acceptable or not.
The acceptability decision is based on the Stakeholders' feedback (identified by deviation)
Support on documentary aspects directly with the customer
Responsible for the management and document archiving of contracts with customers and ensure the collection of internal authorizations necessary for the ratification of contracts
Analyze and check the tender about public and private contracts, prepare the documentation necessary to participate, definition of the offer, in compliance with the timelines set by the notice itself
Registration of "albi fornitori" and supplier portals also for the participation in tenders
Support for administrative litigations

**What you need is**:
- Degree in Law disciplines, accounting/finance competences are a plus
- At least three years of previous experience in Contract Management and preparation of documentation for clients
- Fluent knowledge of English and Italian languages
- Adequate computer skills
- Ability to manage tenders (public and private) and preparation of related documentation
- Ability to coordinate different business functions
- Ability to plan and meet deadlines
