PURPOSE OF THE POSITION: As Contract Manager, you will join our Contract Management Department, in the business line Drilling Offshore, conducting the following activities: ACTIVITIES: Support to the Commercial Function for the analyses of the tender documents issued by the potential clients; Preparation and/or analyses of any Agreement with potential Partner(s) selected for the specific project or with strategic partners.
Negotiation of the tender documents with the potential clients and of the agreements with the potential partners; Support to the Supply Chain Function and the Drilling Asset Function for the analyses and negotiation of subcontracts with the Shipyards for the execution of special periodic surveys of Drilling Assets; Support to the Drilling Operation Function during the execution of the projects in managing both the contract with the client and the contracts with vendor/subcontractor.
REQUISITI RICERCATI QUALIFICATION: Master's degree in law or Bachelor/Master's Degree in Business Administration.
