Responsabilità
**Responsibilities**:
In pre-sale period, the CCFM leads the formulation of contract solution, drafts / modifies and reviews contract items, participates and leads the contract negotiation with customer.
The CCFM is the responsible for the accuracy and completion of contract plans and overall text.
In post-sales period, the CCFM manages the contract implementation, is the responsible for the several management including assumptions, risks, contract changes and so on.
The CCFM is the customer interface of contract responsibility.
In project bidding period, the CCFM leads the team to finalize the risks and highlight to project team, being the responsible for the risk disclosure in contract terms
Understand the transaction process and trading habits of doing business with customers, support the director to management the contract quality and improvement, give the professional supporting the commercial and efficiency improvement solution
Functie-eisen
**Requirements**:
Have experience in project management and sales management, and have experience in data accounting, decision-making support, and KPI management.
Be good at communication, proactively seek solutions to problems, and have strong execution capabilities and strong driving force, good at contract items controls.
Experience in commercial Laws and regulations
Have a basic command of the operation processes and systems (such as PRM/Salesforce/eSales) of enterprise Importante Azienda projects.
Strong planning skills
A logical and systematic approach to work
Good time management, with the ability to work under pressure, maintain accuracy and keep to deadlines
Ability to solve problems and make decisions, as well as to think strategically and laterally
Excellent relationship management skills, with the ability to work collaboratively with internal and external teams
Negotiation and influencing skills

Excellent communication skills, both written and oral
