The ideal candidate will have solid experience in contract management within the construction industry and will be responsible for overseeing contractual relationships, meeting deadlines, and managing budgets. Main Responsibilities: Draft, review, and negotiate contracts with clients, suppliers, and subcontractors. Monitor contract implementation to ensure compliance with regulations and company standards. Manage client relationships, resolving disputes and ensuring effective communication. Develop and implement strategies to optimize the contract management process. Collaborate with the project team to ensure project completion on time and within budget. Analyze contractual risks and propose solutions to mitigate them. Profile Requirements: Degree in Civil Engineering or a related field. Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Contract Manager in the construction sector, preferably with experience in data center projects. In-depth knowledge of regulations and contractual practices in the construction industry. Excellent negotiation and problem-solving skills. Excellent command of the English language.
